A Fountain for Lea's Garden

Lea's decided to decorate the garden near her house. She's cleared out a little section and planted some flowers there. To make her garden look more pretty, Leo offers to build a fountain. Skoop digs a hole under the bowl, and Leo and the robots bring the parts they need. The fountain is done. All that's left is to get some water. What do the group need to get the water?
