Arts and Crafts: How to Make Water Droplet Stencils with a Sponge

Materials
3x Acrylic paint (in different shades of blue, e.g. cobalt blue, sky blue, cerulean blue)
3x Sponges (or 1x big sponge)
1x Paint palette
1x Black pen
1x Scissors
