Now that we know what differential equations are, we have to learn how to classify them. We have to know whether a DE is ordinary or partial, linear or nonlinear, homogenous or nonhomogenous, autonomous or nonautonomous. We have to be able to determine both the order and the degree of the DE. We have to know the difference between explicit, implicit, and general solutions. We have to know what boundary conditions mean. Let's go over all of this together!
