Classifying Triangles by Their Angles: Acute, Right, and Obtuse

Triangles can also be classified based on their angles. An acute triangle has all three angles less than 90 degrees, a right triangle has one angle exactly 90 degrees, and an obtuse triangle has one angle greater than 90 degrees. No matter the type, the sum of a triangle’s three angles always equals 180 degrees, making this a fundamental property in geometry.
