DIY Craft: 3D Photo Frame
I take millions of photos, forget hundreds of thousands of them, but I do print the best ones. There is just something about holding a finished framed photo that is much more satisfying than seeing the photo on a pocket-sized screen. This time I decided to do a special 3D photo-project. I chose a photo that could be easily divided into background, foreground and one layer in between. Then I printed three copies of the same photo. I cut out each layer. For the next step, I used adhesive foam dots to stick layers together and to attach the final photo to the frame. The result is just magical! This technique makes a picture to literally pop-out of the frame. In real life, the effect looks even better than in the video. So I hope you will find time to make your 3D photo print like this for yourself or as a gift for someone special.
