Let’s Have SpoOky Science Fun for Halloween! Today we’ll make a SPoOky Sound Maker! It sounds like a creaky door, or someone walking up some creaky stairs! You can DIY by following along! It's a great activity for kids Halloween parties!Our puppet friend Charlie explains how the spooky sound maker works. It’s AMPLIFICATION!When you rub the string, it vibrates. That makes a sound, but the vibrations are too small for us to hear them. But when you tie the string to the cup, the cup AMPLIFIES the sound. Now the vibrations are big enough to hear them!(here’s a little secret - you can also use this sound maker to make CHICKEN noises!
