Drawing Images of Dilation with Negative Scale Factors

In this lesson, students will learn how to draw images of dilation with a negative scale factor using the center of dilation at the origin on the coordinate plane. They will understand that a dilation takes a segment not going through the center to a parallel line, and a segment going through the center to the same line. They will also learn how to find the coordinates of the image by multiplying each vertex by the negative scale factor.
