This exciting program takes a glimpse at some of the amazing advances in modern genetics. Starting with the discovery of DNA, students will be exposed to advances such as the creation of recombinant DNA, vaccines, the human genome project, and other advances in genetic engineering. Other terminology includes: hybrid, recombinant DNA, plasmid, and genome.
