Healthy Skeletal and Muscular Systems: Your Skeletal System
Action-oriented footage highlights the nature and care of the skeletal and muscular systems. The processes by which these systems work together to help us move are discussed. Specific things we can do to maintain these systems in a healthy manner are explored. Some problems associated with these systems are investigated including: muscle injuries, bone fractures, sprains, and arthritis.
