Separate the myths from facts about bereavement, explore the process of mourning and moving on and learn how to be supportive and supportable. Losing someone you love or something you care about can be very painful. There is no right way or wrong way to grieve; however, there are healthy ways to cope with pain as well as ways to help you move on. Grief is a natural response to the loss of a loved one, a divorce or break-up of a relationship, loss of a job, or death of a pet. Grief is normal and should be experienced, not prevented.
