How many STARS can Fit inside each STAR | 3D

This is a Dynamic calculation of how many stars can fit inside Bigger Stars. Our SUN is only 1.4 Million Km in diameter, but what about Stephenson 2-18 STAR which is 3 Billion km in diameter, how many small stars can fit inside of him ? Enjoy :)
