How to Make Paper Spinners

Paper spinners are a great way to teach kids about colour mixing theory, and they're pretty easy to make. You can make paper spinners within two minutes with just a few materials. Just give your children an opportunity to decorate spinners the way they like, and then start spinning them to see how all the colours blend together at high speed.
