Have you ever seen clouds that look like ocean waves? Sometimes wavy clouds mix in with other clouds and you don’t notice. Other times they stand out, but may not last very long. Clouds that look like waves on the ocean have a name of Kelvin-Helmholtz Wave Clouds, named after two scientists who described how they form. They are unique and very interesting!
