The life cycle of a frog is a dramatic transformation called Metamorphosis, beginning when an Egg hatches into a water-dwelling Tadpole that breathes through Gills, gradually developing Hindlegs and Frontlegs while growing Lungs and absorbing its tail to become a Froglet and eventually a land-capable Adult.
