Living and Nonliving Things

Miss Palomine notices that her plant is growing but her rock isn’t. She realizes that her plant is a living thing and her rock is not. This begins a discussion of living and nonliving things. The student then is challenged to identify which objects are living things and which objects are nonliving things.
