Matter and Its Interactions

In this video students will observe that regardless of the type of change that occurs in heating, cooling, or mixing, the total weight of matter is conserved. A hands-on demonstration helps students set-up their own activity to prove this concept. This video correlates to the Next Generation Science Standard titled Structure and Properties of Matter for grade 5 (5-PS1-2).
