Sensors on ferry to monitor water quality in Puget Sound

A team at the University of Washington is using ferries equipped with a current sensor known as Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers, or ADCPS, in its hull to monitor the water quality in Puget Sound estuary, where fresh water mixes with the ocean.
