Solve a Real World Unit Rate Problem

In this short video we will answer a standardized math test question where we are asked to us unit rate to solve a real world problem. We will begin by identify the unit rate given in the problem. We will write a proportion and use cross product property to solve for the unknow quantity. We will then apply what we have learned to determine the cost given the number of gallons used on the road trip. An exemplar solution is modeled.
