Coyote Peterson comes across turtles where ever he goes, but nothing can prepare him for a once in a life time encounter with North America's largest swamp monster, the Alligator Snapping Turtle. The Alligator Snapping Turtle is the largest fresh water turtle in the United States and is a species uncommonly seen as far south as the Everglades. Coyote and the team were lucky enough to encounter one of these giants on a private wildlife preserve where these turtles are being protected in what was once their native environment.
