Is it possible to travel through time? Do the laws of physics make it impossible? How could it be achieved?

Although the science is theoretical, the laws of physics do not rule out time travel.

Einstein claimed that time slowed down the faster you travelled -

If a space ship travelled through space at near the speed of light for two days, on their its return to Earth they may discover that two years has actually passed.

According to this theory, the astronauts would have travelled forward in time.
