Way Cool Science II: Habitats

Max Orbit asks questions about the world and searches for answers. This DVD series is designed to engage students while introducing scientific principles and concepts in a fun and entertaining way. In this program viewers will travel the world and learn about the diversity of plants and animals throughout the various land regions around the world. Graphics, animation and live action footage will assist children in identifying characteristics of various habitats on Earth. Students will learn how plants and animals have adapted to live in polar regions, tundra, desert, grasslands, forests and salt and freshwater habitats.
