Make a simple sprinkler with a plastic straw and a spoke. mount a fan -- cut from a plastic bottle on top. attach the whole assembly to a pvc pipe. now place the sprinkler in a bowl of water kept under a ceiling fan. as the fan rotates the triangular fan will whirl very fast and sprinkle water all around.
