This toy is a variation of an old traditional toy. a cycle spoke is mounted on a bottle stand. a plastic fan attached to the spoke spins under a ceiling fan. a ring magnet inserted in the spoke makes its spinning tip magnetic. place a safety pin , steel snake or a star near this tip and they will all go round-and-round in a very intriguing way.
