In this workout video, join me (Coach Danny) for a fitness session designed specifically for elementary through high school grades, to improve their strength, particular in the gluteals (butt) and lower body. Get ready to move, squat and hop with these fun and engaging exercises. We'll be starting the session with some warm ups, and ending with stretches, and along the way you'll also learn a little more about the different muscles in the body
