Introduction to Exponents and Evaluating Expressions with Exponents

This video lesson will review the vocabulary of a power. Students will learn the difference between the base and the exponent. The idea of repeated factors will be reviewed. Students will discover the importance of using parentheses. Exemplar problems are modeled and student practice is embedded in the lesson.
