This is a great exercise to get some hamstrings, glutes, and back muscles to warm up. This hinge movement into your warm-up repertoire will challenge your balance, strength, and coordination. It will also bring efficiency to your daily movements. Keep a nice flat back during the hinge, you are allowed to keep the knee bent in order to touch the floor.
