5-minute PE Warm up & fitness - Glutes (butt & leg muscles)

In todays session I take you through a 5 minute warm up routine for your kids to follow along to, to help warm up your muscles, focussing on the glutes (butt muscles). You can perform each activity for 30 seconds, and your muscles will be ready to go for the PE lesson! These activities are awesome to use as part of brain breaks, sports and PE lessons, and general fitness at school.
