n todays session I take you through a 5 minute warm up routine for you and your class to follow along to, to help warm up your muscles and develop whole body balancing. You can perform each activity for 30 seconds, and your muscles and mind will be ready to go for the PE lesson!
These activities are awesome to use as part of brain breaks, sports and PE lessons, and general fitness at school.
