Join two bent straws such there ends are at right angles to each other -- into an "s" shape. now put one end in your mouth and blow. the other end will magically lift up like an elephant's trunk. then bend the lower end by ninety degrees and place it in a bead and tie a rubber band. hold the bead in your mouth. on blowing the whole straw will rotate in circles.
