How to Make Pom Pom Launcher from Toilet Paper Roll

Great for sneak attacks or a game of pom-pom tag. It's really fun, and my boys were entertained for a while time with this quick and easy craft.⠀

Materials:⠀
- 2 toilet paper rolls⠀
- pencil⠀
- scissors⠀
- 2 rubber bands⠀
- tape⠀
- pom poms⠀
⠀
INSTRUCTIONS:⠀
(1) With one roll, fold it in half the long way, and then in half again the long way.⠀
(2) Carefully pierce the pencil near the top of your folded roll. Put the roll halfway onto the pencil.⠀
(3) On your unfolded roll, cut two parallel lines, about a centimetre deep and centimetre apart. Repeat on the opposite side of the same edge. Now you should have two tabs.⠀
(4) Place your rubber bands on the tabs and tape them in.⠀
(5) Put the pencil roll into the rubber band hole. The rubber bands should be on top and the pencils on the bottom.⠀
(6) Stretch the bands over the pencil.⠀
(7) Put the pom pom in the top, pull the pencil back and launch it!
