How to Write a Fraction as a Decimal

In this video lesson we will learn how to interpret a fraction as division. We will discover that a fraction can be written as the numerator divided by the denominator. We will perform long division to determine the decimal equivalent to the fraction. We will also learn how to write a base ten fraction as a decimal.
