Vertical Angles & Intersecting Lines | 7.G.B.5
In this math video we will learn about vertical angles & intersecting lines. We will begin by understanding that vertical angles are formed by two intersecting lines. The angles that are opposite each other are vertical angles and congruent. Vertical angles are NOT adjacent angles. We will be presented with a diagram consisting of three intersecting lines. We will isolate them in groups of 2 three different ways to determine which two of the identified angles are vertical to each other and congruent. An exemplar solution is modeled and explained.
