(2) Take your container and make a hole in one side. (3) Insert the straw through the hole, with the balloon on the inside of the tray. (4) Blow up your balloon, but make sure to hold the end of the straw, so you don't let the air out. (5) Place it in the bathtub and let go! Watch it zoom around the water.
