Here I show you and your class some more ways to get warmed up, but this time with more of a focus on FLEXIBILITY & BALANCE: • Flexibility is “the range of movement your muscles and limbs can do at their joints...” • Balance is “needed to keep your body and equipment controlled, upright, and stable…" I’ll also explain again the different muscles being warmed up as we go! Students can work individually in their own space, and you can perform each exercise for around 5-10 seconds…let get into it!
