In this practice we will: start in Childs pose giving you time to check in with your body move through gentle side stretches, a wrist and spine warm up in tabletop open the chest and shoulder in puppy pose, sphinx and release lower back tension with a supine lower back release then we'll move into lower body stretches - 3 leg down dog, lizard lunge with a twist, pigeon pose finish the way we started by slowing down in Childs pose to help you let go of the work day I hope you enjoy this after work yoga flow.
